Honey Almond Baked Brie

At a time of year once we’re already unbelievably busy, the very last thing that we want to try to to is add stress to our schedule by fussing over difficult dishes. Instead, serve a crowd-pleasing and easy course at your next party!

This warm, soft, and creamy baked Brie with honey can leave a long-lasting impression on your guests — and no-one has to understand that it solely needs three ingredients!


  • 1 (8 ounce) round Brie cheese
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ½ cup chopped roasted, salted almonds
  • Optional: a couple of sprigs of fresh rosemary and/or fresh thyme to infuse the honey
  • For serving: sliced baguette or crackers


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Place Brie on a small baking sheet. Bake about 10-12 minutes or until softened. Remove and let cool for about 5 minutes.
  3. While the cheese cools, place honey and a couple of sprigs of herbs (if desired) in a small saucepan over low heat until warm; stir in chopped almonds.
  4. Spoon honey mixture over the Brie; garnish with additional herbs, if desired. Serve immediately.
