happy Monday, pals!  I got a complete training session in the day past and a full nine (nine!!!) hours of sleep and i'm feeling like a brand new girl!  I even went for a 5 mile run this morning.  It’s notable what the little matters in life can do in your spirit.  sparkling air, blood shifting, and true sleep – not anything find it irresistible.

i'm thrilled, due to the fact this morning i am giving you an updated version of considered one of my favorite recipes at the weblog!  S’mores Chocolate Bark.  when you have been following me for greater than a year, you recognize that i like desserts that are so smooth you could do them on your sleep. Don’t get  me incorrect, i love from scratch cakes like my Caramel Apple Cobbler recipe.  however there's something so outstanding approximately a dessert you could provide away that took you less than a half of hour to make – you realize, like my smooth Fireball Fudge recipe.

Ingredients :
  • 3 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips 22 ounces
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips 3 ounces
  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff
  • 3 sheets of graham crackers

Instructions :
  1. Melt 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips and spread the chocolate over a wax lined pan. Be careful not to make it too thin. (I used a 10 by 15 pan and didn't go all the way to the edge.) Place the first layer in the refrigerator for about a half hour.
  2. Melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave. Then pour in the marshmallow fluff and microwave for about 30 seconds. Quickly spread the marshmallow layer over the hardened first chocolate layer.
  3. Crumble the graham crackers and press them into the marshmallow layer. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. Melt 2 cups of chocolate chips and very gently spread it over the graham cracker layer. Put the bark in the freezer for about two hours. Take it out and break it apart.
  5. Keep refrigerated for good and more solid bark.
  6. Leave it out for slightly more delicious, but slightly more squishy bark.
