in case you love breakfast foods as a whole lot as I do, then you may cross loopy over this Vegan Breakfast Pizza. The pizza is crowned with tomato sauce, vegan cheese shreds, tofu scramble and home made seitan sausages.

So is it a pizza for breakfast or a breakfast-topped pizza for lunch/dinner? I’ll leave that decision as much as you! I’m just announcing, it’s right either manner!


substances for the pizza dough
  • 1 three/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/four teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon immediate yeast

components for the tofu scramble
  • 1 1/4 cup company tofu
  • 1 teaspoon kala namak
  • half teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/four teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon canola oil

ingredients for the rest of the toppings
  • 1/3 cup vegan cheese shreds 
  • 1/four cup tomato purée 
  • half teaspoon dried oregano + greater for sprinkling on top
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 seitan sausage
