Mojito (a classic Cuban cocktail) is a mix of rum, sugar, lime juice, mint leaves and club soda. We’re maintaining the sugar low in this model and swapping granulated sugar (or simple syrup) for honey. It’s delicious, easy, fresh and the nice mojito around!

on the subject of cocktail recipes I’m a pretty simple woman. I really gravitate toward easy to make, lower sugar cocktails with few components. I also gravitate closer to rum and vodka-primarily based cocktails which are clean, crisp and now not fermented from grains. working example: the Bacardi rum used on this recipe is fermented from molasses.

Now, I’m not a massive drinker, but after I do have a cocktail I want it to be the excellent. I want it to have the very best high-quality liquor, hottest ingredients and taste great – like these days’s mojito recipe.

  2. Pour within the rum, then fill the glass 2/3 of the way complete with ice.
  3. pinnacle it off with membership soda, upload a sprig of sparkling mint, upload a straw and revel in.
