How to Prepare Simple Chocolate Cake With Creamy

main content of the chocolate cake is chocolate. It is a very simple and
delicious cake. Chocolate cake can use as a Christmas cake and birthday time
also. The preparation of this cake very simple.



Ingredients for the Chocolate
Cake
  1. maida/ flour-1cup

  2. sugar-1cup

  3. egg-1large

  4. baking powder- 3/4 tsp

  5. baking powder- 3/4 tsp

  6. fine salt-a pinch

  7. milk-1/2cup

  8. vegetable oil- 1/4 cup

  9. vanilla essence-1tsp

  10. coffee- 1/2 cup

preparation of cake:

  • Preheat oven to 300 degrees.




  • Mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt using a mixer.




  • Add in egg, milk, oil, and vanilla and mix on low until incorporated. When mixed in increase speed to medium and mix for 2 minutes.




  • Add in coffee and gently stir- batter will be very thin.




  • Pour batter into prepared dish. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until an inserted toothpick is removed clean.




  • Cool for 10 minutes in pan, then continue cooling on a rack until room temperature.




  • While cake is cooling, make the frosting.




Ingredients for frosting:



  1. chocolate chips-1cup




  2. sour cream- 1/2 cup




  3. vanilla essence-1tsp




Preparation:



  • In a medium microwave-safe bowl, heat the chocolate chips in the microwave at 50% power in 30-second increments, stirring after each heating, until they are fully melted.




  • Add the sour cream and vanilla and stir by hand until frosting is well combined and fluffier.




  • Spread it over cooled cake.
