Fried Prawn Masala - Recipe Book


Fried Prawn Masala curry is very delicious and it is served with so many Indian Dishes like Nan, Rotti Etc.The ingredient of this curry Prawns, chili powder , Turmeric Powder, Pepper Powder, Meat Masala, Oil, Tomato, Ginger , Garlic, curry leaves and Oil. 

  Step 1

1.      Small Prawns -1/2 kg
2.      Chili powder -1tsp.
3.      Turmeric Powder -1/2tsp.
4.      Pepper Powder -1/2tsp.
5.      Meat Masala -1/2tsp
6.      curd-1tbsp
7.      Oil
8.      Salt

Step 2

1.      Onion 4nos middle size
2.      Green chilly half sliced
3.      Curry leaves
4.      Crushing ginger and Garlic one table spoon

Step 3

1.      Chili powder one teaspoon
2.       Turmeric Powder half tea spoon
3.       Pepper Powder half tea spoon
4.       Meat Masala half tea spoon
5.      Tomato 1 big size
6.      Salt-to taste
7.      Water
8.      Coriander leaves


  •     Mix the prawn with Step one Ingredients and keep half an hour.

  •     In a fry pan and pour little oil and fry the mixed prawns until it become gray color.Make sure both sides are fried well.

  •    Take another fry pan and pour oil

  •    Add the onion, green chilly and curry leaves.

  •     Add crushed ginger and garlic

  •    Add tomato and step 3 items and little water for a thick gravy.

  •    After 2 min add the fried prawns into it and heat up to 2 minutes.

  •    Garnish with coriander leaves.
