Easy Fruit Pudding Recipe - Recipe Book


  • Chop all the fruits in to small pieces by removing the seeds.

  • In hot pan add a teaspoon of sugar; suddenly it turns brown in color.

  • Quickly add 2 tbsp of hot water in to it and stir well.

  • Add the fruits except strawberries in to it.

  • Add the remaining sugar in to it.

  • Cook for few minutes until the fruits run its juice.

  • Switch off the flame and mix it with strawberry (just blend the strawberry with hand so that it contains juice also).

  • Sieve the juice in to another bowl.

  • Cut the sides of the bread.

  • Dip a piece of bread in the fruit juice and put it in the bottom of pudding bowl.

  • Line all other breads in the sides of the bowl by dipping in the juice.

  • Arrange the bread pieces like petals of flower and no more spaces between them.

  • Add the fruit pulp in to the lined bowl till the upper edge of the bread.

  • Cover it tightly with a cling wrap or lid.

  • Put it in the fridge for six hours.

  • Serve it with the remaining fruit juice and decorates fruits on top of it.
