Easy Chicken Tikka Kebab - Recipe Book


Chicken tikka is Indian originated grilled chicken. It tastes so juicy and yum. Here is an easy version of chicken tikka with simple Indian spices. Grill these kebab's fast for a delicious meal.

  1. Boneless chicken cubes-400 gm

  2. Oil-1 tbsp

  3. Besan flour (chick pea flour)-1 1/2 tbsp

  4. Hung curd-2 tbsp

  5. Chilly power-1 tbsp

  6. Cumin powder-1 tsp

  7. Chaat masala-1/2 tsp

  8. Coriander powder-2 tsp

  9. Garam masala powder-1 tsp

  10. Salt-to taste

  11. Thinly chopped mint leaves and coriander leaves-one handful

  12. Corn flour-2 tbsp

  13. Mustard oil-2 tsp

  14. Butter-1 tbsp

  15. Oil-2 tbsp

  16. Bamboo skewers-4 or 5


  • Soak bamboo skewers in hot water for 15-20 minutes.

  • Heat a small pan with a tablespoon of oil; add besan flour and roast on low flame for a minute or until nice aroma spreads.

  • Add this in to a mixing bowl.

  • Add ingredients from 4-13; mix well.

  • Now add boneless chicken pieces and mix well.

  • Thread these marinated chicken pieces on soaked skewers.

  • Heat a grill pan with butter and oil.

  • Place the skewers on top and grill the for sides until nicely browned.

  • Serve hot in side with green chutney and salad.
