Watermelon Pudding - Recipe Book


An easy and delicious pudding recipe preparation using the wonderful watery watermelon.
  1. watermelon chopped-2 cup (seed less)

  2. fresh cream- 1/2 up

  3. sweetened condensed milk- 1/2 tin

  4. gelatin- 1 1/2 tbsp

  5. chopped nuts,chocolate shavings and cherries-to garnish

  • blend the watermelon pieces in a blender to smooth juice (without adding water).

  • mix it with fresh cream and condensed milk; mix well.

  • dilute gelatin with 1/4 cup of water; rest for 10 minutes and double boil it until completely melts.

  • after cools little; mix it with watermelon mix and pour a pudding tray.

  • after one hour of cooling decorate on top with crushed nuts, chocolates and cherries.

  • refrigerate for at least 5 hours to set.

  • cut in to pieces and enjoy!!!
